"As I mentioned to you, we experienced a major flood in our condo in early January, which destroyed the entire inside of our unit. The first thing I did when I found out about this was call your office and use the “Safeco customer” link on your phone. From that first conversation to the final move in (late August), Safeco has been great! We had 3 separate adjusters over the 8 month period and each of them was helpful, prompt, and responsive to our needs. They sent the remediation people immediately (who were also very good), found us an apartment, checked in with us periodically to see if everything was OK, and reimbursed us quickly for our out of pocket expenses. No disputes, no indecision, and no stress for us! I’m actually looking forward to paying my premiums.
